As Simple as Salesforce Licensing
Our pricing model is deliberately designed to be as simple as possible for your procurement and accounting.

Determine User Count
The license count is based on your existing Salesforce user licenses—not on the number of integrations. 250 Salesforce users = 250 SKYVVA licenses. That's all.

Choose Duration and Discounts
Both discount types—volume and duration discount—are added. With 250 users and 3 years, that's 7% + 10% = 17% Total Discount. The calculator shows you the exact net amount.

Get a Binding Quote
The calculated price is binding—what you see in the calculator is what you pay. No room for negotiation downward, but also no nasty surprises. We'll send you a formal order confirmation.

Why is licensing based on Salesforce users, not integrations?
SKYVVA lives entirely within your Salesforce instance and is accessible to all your Salesforce users. The model is identical to Salesforce's own licensing model—making it simple for your procurement and IT to understand. The number of integrations or data transactions is unlimited.
Can I increase the number of licenses during the contract term?
Yes. When your Salesforce user count increases, you can add additional licenses at any time. Billing is then prorated for the remaining contract term. License reductions are only possible at the next renewal period.
Are the two discounts added or multiplied?
The discounts are added. For example, if you have a 7% Volume Discount (250 users) and 10% Duration Discount (3 years), that equals a 17% Total Discount—not 7% × 10%. The calculator above reflects exactly this logic.
Is there a free trial or pilot project?
Yes. We offer selected prospects a free pilot deployment directly in your Salesforce sandbox environment. You can evaluate SKYVVA before committing to a subscription. Contact us for details.
What VAT applies to my company?
All prices in the calculator are net prices. For companies based in Germany, the standard rate of 19% applies. Companies from other EU countries with a valid VAT ID can generally use the reverse charge procedure (0% effective). For non-EU companies, VAT does not apply. Please confirm this with your accounting department.
What happens after the contract term ends?
The subscription automatically renews for 1 year at the then-current price unless canceled with 90 days' notice. Upon renewal, current discount tiers apply—your user count will be reviewed and adjusted if necessary.
